Construction On Existing Property

Business Plan Overall Impression: Our client was desirous of constructing on its existing property. For this purposes they required funding of the capital outlay of this project. This development would ensure the development of wealth through increased income generation ability of the land. The development is for a distribution centre for a related party who is a wholesaler and distributor contracted to well establish retailers. The related party already occupied existing buildings on the property, and was looking to expand its warehouse space. The current property and buildings which have let-able space of 14 531 square meters are valued at N$ 69.3 million (Namibian dollars). Phase one (1) of the development comprising of 6 472 square meters would have required a projected N$30.5 million (Namibian dollars). We participated in the fund raising activities as well for the client and are happy to say the money was raised successfully and building constructed timeously.

Brick Making Plant

Overall Impression: Client was devoted to setting up a brick making plant. For this purposes they required funding of the capital outlay and working capital for their project. The shareholders had acquired land about 30km just outside Windhoek on the way to Rehoboth which is situated next to the riverbed. This allowed the owners to acquire two of their key raw materials at a reduced cost compared to similar companies. The site is serviced for electricity and water, but the client would have to ready the area by concreting the floor area, setting up beams, roofing, installing an electricity metre, etc. The client required the following facilities: N$ 23.0 million (Namibian dollars) for the establishment of the new plant. N$ 4.3 (Namibian dollars) million working capital facility We generated a detailed business plan for the client and assisted them in engaging potential funders.
